By accessing or using Catai Task Loop at catai.quest ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The service

Catai Task Loop is a browser-based productivity tool that lets you run closed loops on tasks. The MVP is provided free of charge with optional paid Pro ($19/mo for 100 tasks) and Team ($89/mo for 3 included seats and 1,000 tasks) tiers via Stripe Checkout, billed monthly with applicable tax handled by Stripe Tax.

2. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep it running and bug-free, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Your content

Your loop data is stored locally in your browser. We don't transmit or store it. You are responsible for the content you create. Don't use the site to plan anything illegal, harassing, or harmful.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site.
• Don't use the site to violate any law or third-party right.
• Don't bypass paywalls or scrape paid content.

5. Paid plans

Pro ($19/mo for 100 tasks) and Team ($89/mo for 3 included seats and 1,000 tasks) are billed via Stripe Checkout in subscription mode. Prices are listed on the Pricing page. Applicable sales tax / VAT is calculated automatically by Stripe Tax and shown at checkout. You can cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No automatic overage charges apply in v0.

Refund policy. Pro: 7-day full refund from the first charge, provided less than 10% of the monthly task quota has been used. Team: 14-day full refund from the first charge. Email support within the applicable window. Refunds are processed to the original payment method; timing depends on the payment provider.

6. Affiliate links

Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you click them and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we'd use ourselves.

7. Changes

We may update the service, the pricing, or these terms. If we change a paid plan price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the next billing cycle and you will not be charged the new rate. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
